Warren Bennis said that “true leaders are not born, but made, and usually self-made.” Greystone offers clients an array of leadership development programs such as Practicing Leadership, a 12-month, small-group program that focuses on practicing key behaviors to develop leaders who can move an organization's mission and strategy forward. |
